Shipping and Return Policy

1. SHIPPING POLICY 

We have been shipping to over 96 countries over the past 10 years. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the best shipping methods available. Only items IN STOCK are available for order unless it’s indicating as “Back Order”. Hence, we will typically ship out in 2-3 business days from the time we receive the paid order.

All items purchased are checked and packed to ensure safe delivery to you. We ship from:

  • 1. US, California - for orders from North America and South America
  • 2. Singapore – For orders from Asia, Australasia, and the rest of the world
  • 3. Dubai, UAE – For Middle East orders and some Europe orders.

For US and Canada: You have the option of USPS Express Service and Registered Mail Post. We ship from California for all US Domestic, Canada and South America.

For Asia, Australasia and Europe:We ship with International Couriers. Generally registered mail post is cost-effective but transit time is much longer (7 – 21 days) and items below 2 kg only. We ship from Singapore for Asia, Australasia, and Europe

For Africa, Middle East & the rest of the World: We ship with International Couriers. We ship from Dubai, UAE for Africa, Middle East and Russia

A. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight & volume of your order and shipping method selected. Please be aware some items may be higher in volume then weight.

For all shipments our logistics department will comply with the necessary documentations and packing. The shipment tracking number will be updated in your order and an automated email is sent to you.

Please be informed that nutritional supplements may be restricted in some countries when it is purchased in large quantities and may require additional documentations or even product registrations, and may cause delays in custom clearance.

The onus lies in the customer as the “purchaser” to pay all local duties and taxes at the delivery location.

2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 3 business days of receipt of package.

In case the following conditions are not met Afthealing.com reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

  • The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
  • Items and packaging must be received in new condition
  • The original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
  • Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
  • Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
  • Return package must include copy of the original invoice or sale receipt

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, and traceable method to the address below.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
