1. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in the US dollar currency and are inclusive of applicable
taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment for your order can be made using the payment
methods listed on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to amend our
prices and payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Due to your registered country and based currency of your card, your bank might charge you in your local currency at an exchange rate stipulated by them at the time of purchase.

We will make every effort to ship your order within 3 working days, however, we cannot guarantee delivery as transit time and custom clearance is beyond our control.

- 1. Notification of Damage, Shortage or Wrong Product Delivery
In the event that you receive a damaged, incomplete, or wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer service department. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, shortage, or wrong product, and any supporting evidence such as photos. - 2. Return of Product
Once we have been notified of the damage, shortage, or wrong product delivery, we will arrange for the product to be returned to us. The product must be returned to us within 7 days of our agreement to the return. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, with all accessories and documentation included. - 3. Replacement or Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will arrange for a replacement product to be delivered to you at no additional cost or issue a refund. The replacement product or refund will be issued within 7 days of our receipt of the returned product. - 4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses that occur as a result of the damage, shortage, or wrong product delivery, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. - 5. We will not be liable to refund or return where products are held by customs or local import tax and duties are not paid and or abandon by the purchaser.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or
exchange within 30 days of purchase as stated on our website. All returned items must be in
their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not
meet these requirements. Refund will be processed within 7 days after assessment of the
returned product, using the original payment method, however, we cannot guarantee when the
