AMwand usage

HOW TO USE FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS
AMwand can be used in 3 modalities (ways) 1) Wanding – Circular clockwise rotation pointing to the energy centers (Chakras), 2) Acupressure at meridian points and 3 Tapping. Individuals can combine one or more modalities in order to bring about the desired results.

1. AMwand Wanding
Point the AMwand to the person, animal, affected area, or food and rotate clockwise in even, rhythmic circles for any number of seconds or minutes. This action of rotating your wand in a clockwise direction is called “Wanding”.
2. Acupressure with AMwand
Acupressure at meridian points and Chakra points using the Tip of the AMwand. Refer to the AMwand booklet for Meridian points.
 
3. EFT Tapping with AMwand
Using the AMwand Tip and lightly tapping on certain points on our body to release and balance energy.
HOW TO SELF-WAND

Self-Wanding is a way of relaxation, self-healing, and even considered as an active meditation. Self-Wanding can be done at any time and recommended in the morning and before bed time. It takes about 5 – 10 minutes only.

Preparation: Remove footwear and have your feet flat on the surface (remove any electrical device like mobile, Bluetooth, etc from the body). Sit comfortably or stand, hold the Wand in one hand with the tip pointing towards you. Close your eyes, breathing count down from 6 to 1, and start the Wanding as follows:- (watch the video on Self-wanding and review the steps & points of Wanding). HOW TO “WAND” OTHERS

Wanding is a way of relaxation, facilitating self-healing, and even considered as an active meditation. Wanding can be done at any time It takes about 5 – 10 minutes only.

Preparation: Ask them to remove their footwear and have their feet flat on the surface (remove any electrical device like mobile, Bluetooth, etc from the body).Let them sit comfortably or stand, hold the Wand in one hand with the tip pointing towards them. Get them to close their eyes, count down from 6 to 1, and start the Wanding as follows:- (watch the video on wanding and review the steps & points )

General “wanding” is recommended daily in the morning and before bed time to activate, cleanse and align chakras, for an overall energy balancing and healing.Keep your eyes closed and focus your attention on the counting & breathing throughout this exercise.

WANDING OTHERS

Wand others to activate, cleanse and align chakras, for an overall energy balancing and healing. Get him to sit down comfortably, feet flat on the ground, palm on the lap facing up, keeps eyes closed and focus on the breathing

Tap your top of the head with the tip of the wand with a light pressure for several seconds. This is called “provocation” to activate your Pineal Glands (Crown Chakra)
